For all Yoga and Ayurveda Courses ( residential or online), online booking registration fee as being invoiced has to be paid via International Bank wire transfer, or any other available payment mode. Bank and Payment details will be provided only to those applicants who would confirm registration and enrollment on the email first.
International Bank Wire Transfer
Applicants can send us the payment directly from their local banks to our bank here in India via International bank wire transfers.
- Please notice that all transaction fees need to be paid by a student / applicant only
- In case your friend, parents or relatives are making payments on your behalf, they must send the intimation email prior to payment for approvals. We won’t be sending payment acknowledgements on emails if name of an applicant differs with the payer’s
- You must send us scanned copy/ email electronic copy of the payment transaction for getting confirmation from our side
- We must receive the full exact amount quoted in the email invoice without any deductions. Any deductions will be paid by the clients
Transactions Fee : ( to be paid by the clients on the top of the registration amount, unless you pay at your bank and side)
Outstanding or Pending Payments: Students will pay the remaining amount if any dues left on the arrival day without any excuse for not carrying cash etc. You are being informed in advance so kindly make arrangements accordingly. Remaining payment if any will be accepted only in cash in Euros, Indian Rupees (after currency conversion for the fixed spot rate for the day you paid online )or USD (Spot exchange rates applicable for the date of first online payment).
Spot Exchange Rates: The day you make first booking payment online for registration, same exchange rates for respective foreign currency exchange would be locked for cash or online payments later.
Kindly ask for payment invoice for the desired payment mode through email for clarity before making any payment.
Send the payments after adding transactions fee for respective mode of payments and amount. Payments which are less than the required amount will be invoiced in the next payment.
Money Transfer through Western Union & Money Gram
You can transfer money by Western Union or Money Gram as well. Remember to route it directly to our bank instead of physical payments on counters.
Other Payment Modes:
If you cannot pay via bank transfer then you can pay through the following payment gateways. You need to go on the the respective sites and make payments to us for the details which shall be provided by us on the registration. All you have to do is to send the money to the Bank account details given in the Invoice.
Note: We don’t use paypal as our payment mode anymore due to high transaction charges and deteriorating services.
Balance course fee must be paid in cash on the first day of the course or as instructed in the invoice either in USD, Euros or INR (amount according to the foreign currency exchange (Between USD/ Euro and INR, valid on the date of first payment)).

Refunds and Cancellations
All Yoga and Ayurveda Residential Courses
In any case, course online registration fee is not refundable whether you cancel before arriving or cancel after arriving for any reason whatsoever. However, in extenuating circumstances, such as bereavement or serious illness, the course can be deferred to a later date, subject to availability and deferral fee within 8 months of initial enrollment. The registration fee cannot be transferred to any other friend or your known participant.
After your arrival: ( Applicable only for all full time Yoga TTC & Ayurveda courses)
- Online registration fee is not refundable in any circumstance
- Full refund of remaining balance fee after online registration payment if you cancel within 24 hrs of course starting day
- 25 percent deductions from the remaining balance payment on arrival within first 3 days
- No refund after 3 days of the course starting date
- Any charges pertaining to accommodation or food bills if any due,shall also be deducted subject to usage and case
After your arrival: ( Applicable only for all Yoga Retreats & Ayurveda courses more than 7 days)
- Online registration fee is not refundable in any circumstance
- Full refund of remaining balance fee after online registration payment if you cancel within 24 hrs of course starting day
- 25 percent deductions from the remaining balance payment on arrival within first 2 days
- No refund after 2 days of the course or retreat starting date
After your arrival: ( Applicable only for courses or retreats of duration of 4 days or less at Vishuddhi Isha Yoga India)

Online Yoga and Ayurveda courses
No refund after payment of online course and registration. Kindly engage the trainers and Vishuddhi Isha’s team properly to ascertain your participation and interest with us.
In all cases and situations, students and applicants must intimate us on time. Final decision would be of Vishuddhi Isha Yoga’s Director and Team management.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation done from Institution’s side due to unavoidable circumstances then we would refund the full course fee or booking registration amount after normal deductions in the form of nominal bank transfer & currency exchange charges
Course and Service Delivery Terms:
All Residential Yoga and Ayurveda Courses and other consultation services would be delivered and released only after the fulfillment of the payment of the online registration amount in part or full based on the course selection and Invoice. Also the course and commencement of services based on varying schedules shall be intimated to the clients on emails.
All Online Courses and Services shall be delivered only after the full payment of the said courses and services as being invoiced ( electronically or manually).
