Yogacharya Pradeep Kumar has been actively teaching Yoga and Ayurveda  for almost 10 years now. Hailing from a corporate background, he decided to walk on the spiritual path leaving behind his glorious career of advertising where his contributions can be directly or indirectly attributed to serving society and people through his skills, knowledge and experience in Vedic Sciences & holistic healing. He resides full time in Pune for 7 years now but travels actively to Indian Yoga destinations like Mysore, Hrishikesh, Goa and Kerala as well destinations abroad, mostly Europe for his never ending passion which is teaching and educating masses. He is specialized in Classical Hatha, Yin, Kundalini and Therapy forms of Yoga.

Namaste!!

 I have practiced yoga and meditation for the past 7 years. For me yoga is therapeutic and it is a life style. I teach Hatha Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Kundalini Yoga – both energizing Kundalini Yoga (Bhajan style) and vedic meditative Kundalini Yoga. I draw inspiration from a number of Yogis: Yogi Bhajan, Sadguru, Shri Nanda, and Osho.  I like not to be confined to any style, but to blend these styles for the ultimate result in order to maximize the effect on the energy level of the body, to gain a profound therapeutic effect and to balance the body and mind. How better than to end a day of practicing challenging yoga than through an hour of yoga nidra or chakra meditation?

In my own experience yoga is a method of healing holistically by restoring the energy level of the body and removing negative blockages, mental as well as physical. Yoga is for me more than a practice which you engage in for a certain amount of hours per day. It’s an entire approach for living life, where you live your life with focus, balance harmony and become a more compassionate, patient and loving human being. Before I started yoga as a path, I was in a high skilled and stressful career which gave me series of health problems. Yoga helped me to overcome problems and become rejuvenated, energized and healthy. People even started commenting how young I was looking. Practice of Yoga changed my life. My mission is to help others enjoy these blessings and become more healthy, beautiful, harmonic and loving individuals.
